Michael Borts brings 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, digital transformation, cloud strategy, and product development across the financial services and entertainment industries. As ACA’s Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for driving technological innovation and enhancing the firm’s digital capabilities.
Prior to joining ACA, Michael served as a Principal at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he collaborated with large enterprise clients to develop and implement digital transformation strategies. His expertise extends to key leadership roles, including Head of Digital Transformation at Citco Group and Head of Operations, Infrastructure, and Information Security at Warner Music Group. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in RegTech, Trading Floor, and Market Surveillance software development at the NYSE.
Michael holds a degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. His extensive background in cloud strategy, digital innovation, and product delivery positions him as a key driver of ACA’s technology vision.
