ACA 2022 Partner and Senior Managing Director Announcements
ACA Group is pleased to announce the promotions of the following individuals. Each has contributed significantly to the growth of ACA and has provided exemplary service to their clients.
The individuals below represent a variety of backgrounds, but all have proven their ability to manage a significant part of our business and tackle challenging assignments. They have demonstrated true leadership capability by changing the parts of the business they have overseen for the better. You will see in their profiles how they exemplify our growth culture and bring ACA’s values to life.
Promotions to Partner
Steve Blossom joined ACA in 2018 as a Consultant in our Aponix Cybersecurity and Risk team. His technical acumen, customer focus, dedication, and professional expertise made Steve one of the most respected and valued members of the team. In May of 2019, Steve was asked to step into the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO); he took on the heavy tasks of restoring firmwide confidence in IT services, adapting the firm's technology footprint during the pandemic, starting a robust tech enablement program, managing ACA’s cybersecurity risk, and delivering substantial operational efficiencies. In his CIO role, Steve has been a champion of customer focus in IT operations, business process automation, technology service maturity, and governance, as he led our successful SOC certification efforts. Steve has been a tireless mentor with a keen eye on technical and leadership talent. As Partner, Steve will continue to focus on building ACA as a digital enterprise and working closely with all business units, product development, and corporate teams to deliver the next generation technology enabling ACA's business strategy.
Danielle Joseph joined ACA in 2010 as a Consultant. Danielle’s dedication, determination, and passion have been readily apparent during her 12+ years at ACA. A respected expert in the field, during Danielle’s time as a Director, she contributed to numerous publications and conferences, led ACA’s alternatives survey and launched a series of webcasts developed for the Hedge Fund space. As a Managing Director, Danielle has played a key role in various initiatives, including serving as Co-Head of ACA’s cross-divisional Client Experience Program, a program that has contributed to service and delivery enhancements, client attrition reductions, and improvements to ACA’s Net Promoter Score since inception. As a Partner, Danielle will continue to drive some of the firm’s most strategic initiatives including strengthening gross revenue retention, improving knowledge management, and building out ACA’s first ever Alumni Network.
Henry Lindemann joined ACA in September of 2016 as ACA Aponix’s first dedicated sales representative. Since then, he has played an integral role in helping our Cybersecurity and Risk division scale its sales infrastructure by building and coaching an expansive team of twelve, and successfully transitioning from a stellar sales rep to a top-tier sales manager. Henry has overseen the development and implementation of numerous products across different disciplines within his business unit. His work-ethic, enthusiasm, and strategic approach have led him to consistently exceed his financial targets. In his role as Partner, Henry will oversee our Portfolio Company, Risk, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) product lines.
Promotions to Senior Managing Director
Paul Blandford joined ACA in 2014 as the first ACA Performance Services (APS) employee in London. His charge was to grow the European Performance business. Paul participated not only in the sales growth, but he delivered excellent client service, which resulted in many firms leaving long term Big 4 relationships to come to a specialty provider. Paul also has demonstrated leadership by being continually involved in volunteer position for both the UK GIPS® Sponsor Committee, but he chairs the CFA Institute’s GIPS Verification Subcommittee. His focus on quality and technical expertise have been valuable in APS quality control and risk mitigation initiatives. With over 20 years in the performance field in total, Paul is a recognized industry leader and expert in the performance measurement field.
Eric Peng joined ACA in 2007 as a Consultant in the Performance Division. He quickly developed the skills to consult with a wide variety of clients and became known throughout the division for his relentless focus on client service. Eric’s organizational skills and data-driven mindset helped him develop into a respected supervisor and leader within the division. He continued to take on additional responsibilities for U.S, Canadian, and Asia-Pacific clients as well as managing the Performance Division’s office in Shanghai, China, including overseeing budgets, staff training, performance reviews and other day-to-day operations. Under Eric’s leadership, the Shanghai office continues to grow and plays a vital role in the Performance Division’s service delivery.
Marissa Probst joined ACA in 2018 as part of the Cordium integration. Since joining, Marissa has established herself as a leader in the Regulatory Compliance Division. She actively contributed and co-led the U.S. Process Working Group during the Cordium/ACA integration. Currently, Marissa serves as Project Manager for a large number of clients, Co-Leads ACA’s Customer Experience Program Service and Delivery team and Co-Leads ACA’s Hispanic and Latinx Organization for Leadership & Advancement (HOLA) Group. In her roles as Supervisor, Mentor, and member of the Employee Voice Committee, Marissa actively supports staff retention and business growth. Marissa also enjoys helping others develop their knowledge and devotes time to creating and conducting firmwide and new hire trainings on account management.
Each of these individuals has re-set the bar for functional excellence, and taken on an increasingly large scope, all while delivering excellent business results and being exemplars of our values.
