From Paper to Practicality

Implementing UK Transaction Reporting Reform

Join ACA’s transaction reporting specialists on 18 November 2026 for a practical webcast on preparing for the FCA’s transaction reporting reforms and developing an effective implementation plan.

The FCA’s final reforms, set out in Policy Statement 26/15, will take effect on 3 April 2028. The FCA is taking a flexible supervisory approach in specified areas during the implementation period. Draft schema files and validation rules are now available, and the FCA expects to publish the final Transaction Reporting User Pack by 3 April 2027. Firms should use this period to assess reporting logic, data quality, governance, and controls and identify areas that need attention ahead of implementation.

In this webcast, ACA specialists will translate the reforms and latest implementation guidance into practical actions for affected firms. We will explore where the changes may create implementation risk, what firms should test now, and how to identify and address gaps ahead of the new regime.
