Organizations that claim compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) are required to notify the CFA Institute using the GIPS Compliance Notification Form  by  June 30, 2026, and include data as of December 31, 2025. Note that the form can be submitted at any time between now and June 30 and is not dependent on completion of an organization’s 2025 verification.
- Organizations submitting a GIPS Compliance Notification Form for the first time should use the initial form.
- Organizations submitting an annual update should use the update form.
Any organization that does not submit its notification form by the June 30 deadline will not be in compliance with the GIPS standards and cannot claim compliance until a submission is made.
