The ACA/NSCP AI Benchmarking Survey is Now Open

Artificial intelligence (AI) has been one of the hottest topics for business leaders, investors, and regulators over the past year. For compliance executives, this means working overtime to establish proper policies and procedures to better manage the various risks of AI tools while partnering with colleagues across the business to understand potential use cases and benefits to the technology, all with limited insight into how other firms are working through these same challenges.

In order to help you better understand how the compliance profession is working to manage this rapidly evolving technology, ACA and the National Society for Compliance Professionals (NSCP) are partnering to launch our inaugural AI Benchmarking Survey.

This survey aims to gather data on how compliance leaders and firms are leveraging AI, the benefits and challenges they face, and the measures taken to ensure compliance and manage risks associated with AI deployment. Results from the survey will be shared during the NSCP’s National Conference in October, 2024.
