JC brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase, where he held several key leadership positions. His strategic focus on developing client-centric products, scaling operations, and enhancing client satisfaction has been instrumental in his career success.

As ACA’s new COO, JC will drive operational effectiveness, enhance client satisfaction, and foster cross-functional collaboration. He will directly oversee three crucial areas of our organization: Global Operations, Managed Services, and Tech Services (Customer Success and Professional Services) for our RegTech solutions and ComplianceAlpha^® technology.
