Jack Rader

Head of Sales and Strategic Accounts

Jack Rader is a Partner and Head of Sales with ACA Group. In this role, he manages ACA’s team of Account Executives, which support clients in their existing ACA relationships and help to find solutions that fit their unique needs and challenges.

With two decades at ACA, Jack has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of ACA with an intense commitment to the delivery of a high-quality client experience and by shaping governance, risk, and compliance solutions for ACA’s target markets, in particular with private equity and diversified financial firms.

Prior to his leadership roles within ACA’s Commercial team, Jack spent over 10 years as a regulatory consultant for ACA, managing large client relationships, overseeing complex compliance projects, and providing strategic guidance to firms navigating evolving regulatory landscapes. As one of ACA’s Private Equity Practice Leaders, he became a thought leader in the private equity industry, frequently speaking at conferences, participating in webcasts, and contributing expert insights to industry publications.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Financial Accounting from Virginia Tech.
