Jaime brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, specializing in strategic talent management, organizational development, and transformational change. Before joining ACA, she served as the chief talent and integration officer at Sago, where she led a geographically dispersed global HR function for a private equity-backed, tech-enabled organization with over 1,200 employees. In this role, she successfully integrated eight acquired companies, implemented strategic retention initiatives, and drove culture-enhancing programs that improved employee engagement scores and organizational performance.
Prior to Sago, Jaime held senior HR leadership positions at Ipsos, where she played a key role in leadership development, change management, and performance optimization. Her expertise in building high-performing teams, aligning HR strategies with business priorities, and championing diversity and inclusion has made her a trusted advisor to executives and a catalyst for enterprise-wide transformation.
