Jean-Christophe “JC” Chandumont is the Chief Operating Officer at ACA Group, where he leads the firm’s global operations with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction, scaling business capabilities, and driving operational excellence. He oversees ACA’s Managed Services, India operations, core business functions, and technology services, ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions.
JC brings over two decades of leadership experience in financial services, technology, and operations. Prior to joining ACA, he spent 17 years at BlackRock in executive roles within the Aladdin business including Global Head of Implementations, Product Services, and Aladdin Accounting. His tenure at BlackRock was defined by his ability to drive business growth, optimize operating models, and deliver enterprise technology solutions tailored to client needs.
Before BlackRock, JC held leadership positions at JPMorgan in New York, London, and Paris, where he played a key role in re-engineering credit risk management processes. He spearheaded the transformation of the bank’s credit approval platform, earning three U.S. patents for process innovation. His early career also included roles in trading and operations, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry from multiple perspectives.
JC is known for his ability to build and lead high-performing global teams, execute large-scale transformation initiatives, and cultivate strategic relationships with C-level executives. His expertise in business process optimization, enterprise technology, and client-centric solutions aligns with ACA’s commitment to delivering best-in-class services.
