Joshua Broaded, CFA, is the co-head of ACA’s global Regulatory Compliance practice. In this role, he is responsible for development and oversight of ACA’s regulatory compliance solutions, which leverage consulting, managed services, and technology to support over 6,400 financial services firms globally.
Prior to assuming his current role, Josh launched ACA’s Managed Services practice, which provides electronic communication surveillance, outsourced marketing reviews, and code of ethics administrative support, among other services.
Josh joined ACA in 2007, previously serving as an examiner for the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2004 to 2007. He became a CFA Charterholder during his time at the SEC. Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
