As Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Corporate Development at ACA Group, Todd Khoury plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s long-term strategic direction and driving growth initiatives, both organically and via acquisition. Since joining ACA in September 2023, he has led the completion of a number of growth-oriented acquisitions which have expanded the firm’s market presence and added key capabilities and technologies. He and his team are focused on continuing to actively identify opportunities that enhance ACA’s position as a leader in providing end-to-end governance, risk, and compliance solutions for ACA’s existing clients in addition to exploring expansion into adjacent market segments.Â
Todd brings a wealth of experience in private equity, business strategy, and corporate finance. Prior to joining ACA, he held senior leadership roles at BlackRock and Vestar Capital Partners and independently invested in and advised privately held businesses. Â
With a strong background in private equity, corporate acquisitions, and overall strategic planning and evaluation, Todd’s expertise spans business growth, M&A, and operational transformation. Â
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.Â
