As Global Head of Regulatory Advisory and Chief Revenue Officer at ACA Group, Tom Hurst leads the firm’s hallmark Global Regulatory Business, including 325+ trusted advisors in the US, UK, and Middle East, as well as the firm’s global go-to-market team of 125+, strategy, overseeing commercial, revenue, marketing, revenue operations, and client success. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the management committee, Tom plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiencies across ACA’s three core capability pillars and nine business units.
With a proven track record in business transformation and strategic growth, Tom has spearheaded the deployment of a new commercial operating model, implemented data-driven accountability frameworks, and launched strategic partnerships to expand ACA’s market reach. His expertise in fintech, SaaS, and B2B operations has been instrumental in optimizing revenue performance and fostering client-centric culture.
Prior to ACA, Tom held executive leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, including of Compliance Solutions, where he led a team of 200+ across North America and Europe, delivering record-breaking sales and revenue. As CEO of SettlementOne, he successfully executed a business turnaround, driving profitability and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, Tom co-founded StreetLinks Lender Solutions, leading its rapid growth and eventual acquisition by Assurant.
Tom holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Indiana State University in business aerospace administration and professional pilot.
