Alex Fischer serves as the General Counsel of ACA and oversees all legal matters for the firm. She brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as a transactional lawyer. Her extensive background in the securities industry at highly regulated broker dealers also makes her a valuable addition to the team.
Prior to ACA, Alex served for 12 years as General Counsel for a private equity-sponsored boutique broker-dealer, where she provided legal oversight and strategic guidance. She also brings a commercial perspective to the role of GC, having held a business position in the Prime Brokerage group at Citigroup in both New York and London.
Alex holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York. Her expertise strengthens ACA’s commitment to navigating legal complexities and driving forward-thinking initiatives.
