Tina Frausto is ACA’s AI and Business Transformation Leader, responsible for advancing the firm’s AI strategy and driving cross-functional transformation initiatives across the business.
Tina brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex business, technology, and operational transformation programs. Most recently, she led the National Accounts enterprise-wide AI transformation initiative at ADP, where she established the governance, operating model, and enablement framework to support AI adoption across approximately 4,800 employees.
Prior to joining ACA, Tina held leadership roles at ADP, Equifax, Verizon, and other organizations, leading large-scale global transformation, integration, and operational excellence initiatives. Her experience spans technology, customer operations, finance, marketing, and business services, with a focus on delivering sustainable business outcomes through process optimization, technology adoption, and organizational change.
Tina earned a degree in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
